Haha…. I have to disagree with you completely.
After more than 35 years of using Braun, I’m very disappointed about the Braun quality and in particular of the 7 series, in the last 3 years I bought 4 of them, disposed 2 of them in the bin after 6 months, every 6 to 8 weeks you had to change the head to get a good and solid result. I was close to give up on Braun until I found in Dubai a new Series one, the 197-S, I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of shaving with that nice little Braun and ordered another one after several weeks, the 199-S. Currently I’m in Jakarta already for one year and had to order the 199-S in Holland and get it shipped by a friend of me because the 1-Series 197 and 199 can’t be found in Jakarta after 6 weeks of looking around. Only thing I liked a lot of the 7 series is the travel etui, should be available for the 197/199…. 🙂

I HAVE USED THIS RAZOR FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE RAZOR ITSELF. The only problem i had was with the cleaning machine and it’s warranty. THIS IS WHAT HELPS KEEP THE SHAVER RUNNING EFFICIENTLY SO I WOULD THINK IT WOULD HAVE A BETTER WARRANTY. OTHER THAN THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS
